Jessica Alba

 Jessica Marie Alba, an American actor and businesswoman. She started her television and movie appearances at the age of thirteen with Camp Nowhere and The Secret World of Alex Mack (1994) however she rose to prominence at age 19 as the lead actress of the popular television show Dark Angel (2000-2002), for which she received a Golden Globe nomination. Honey (2003) was her most successful screen debut. She quickly became an established Hollywood star and has starred in many box office hits, including Fantastic Four (2005) and Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007). She is a regular collaborator alongside Robert Rodriguez. Her roles include Sin City (2005). Machete (2010). Spy Kids All the Time in the World (2011). Machete Kills (2013). Sin City: A Dame to Kill For (2014). Alba was a Spectrum actor in L.A. Finest, an action-packed crime drama. Alba co-founded The Honest Company (a consumer goods company that sells products for personal, household and baby use) in 2011. Magazines such as Men's Health as well as FHM and Vanity Fair included her among their lists of the most beautiful women. Jessica Marie Alba, a daughter of Mark David Alba (nee Jensen), was born in Pomona California on April 28 1981. Her mother is of Danish and Welsh heritage, and has German, English, French, German, English, French and German ancestry. Her paternal grandparents, who were both born in California, are Mexican immigrants. Joshua is her older brother. Gustavo Arellano is her third cousin. The father of her Air Force career took her family to Biloxi in Mississippi and Del Rio Texas before she returned to Claremont California at the age of nine. Alba says that her family is a traditional, conservative, Catholic, Latin American family. Alba describes herself as liberal and claims that she identified as feminist at five years old.
